Epoxy Flooring Workmanship Warranties

Residential & Garage Epoxy Flooring — 7 years. DaniCrete provides a 7-year workmanship warranty for residential and garage epoxy flooring, including epoxy flake installations. Conditions: The warranty covers defects in installation workmanship when the floor is used for its agreed purpose and properly maintained. Exclusions: The voluntary warranty excludes damage caused by customer negligence or misuse; spills or exposure to chemicals, solvents or corrosive substances incompatible with the installed coating; impacts or other physical damage; existing or new concrete cracks, recurring cracks, slab settlement or movement of the concrete or underlying sub-base; and loading beyond the load-bearing capacity of the existing concrete and its supporting layers. These voluntary warranty terms are subject to the written project agreement and do not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Epoxy Flake & Hyper Flake Driveways — 7 years. DaniCrete provides a 7-year workmanship warranty for suitable epoxy flake and Hyper Flake driveway installations. Conditions: The warranty covers defects in installation workmanship when the exterior coating system is used and maintained according to the agreed driveway specifications. Exclusions: The voluntary warranty excludes damage caused by customer negligence or misuse; spills of incompatible chemicals or solvents; impacts or mechanical damage; existing or new concrete cracks, recurring cracks, settlement or movement of the concrete or underlying sub-base; and vehicle loads exceeding the load-bearing capacity of the existing concrete and supporting layers. Normal vehicle traffic within the agreed use is not automatically excluded. These voluntary warranty terms are subject to the written project agreement and do not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Commercial Epoxy Flooring — up to 3 years. DaniCrete offers a workmanship warranty of up to 3 years for qualifying commercial epoxy flooring projects. Conditions: The actual warranty period and coverage depend on the existing concrete, selected epoxy system and intended use, and are specified in the written project quotation or agreement. Exclusions: The voluntary warranty excludes damage caused by customer negligence or misuse; spills of chemicals, solvents or other substances incompatible with the coating; impacts or mechanical damage; existing or new concrete cracks, recurring cracks, settlement or movement of the concrete or underlying sub-base; and loads exceeding the load-bearing capacity of the existing concrete and supporting layers. Normal wear from ordinary use is not, by itself, a workmanship defect. These voluntary warranty terms are subject to the written project agreement and do not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Industrial & Heavy-Duty Epoxy Flooring — up to 3 years. DaniCrete offers a workmanship warranty of up to 3 years for qualifying industrial and heavy-duty epoxy flooring installations. Conditions: The actual period and coverage depend on the existing concrete, selected coating system, machinery and forklift loads, traffic and operational conditions, and are specified in the written project agreement. Exclusions: The voluntary warranty excludes damage caused by customer negligence or misuse; spills of industrial or non-industrial chemicals, solvents, oils, acids or corrosive substances incompatible with the approved coating; impacts or mechanical damage; existing or new concrete cracks, recurring cracks, settlement or movement of the concrete or underlying sub-base; and loads exceeding the load-bearing capacity of the existing concrete and supporting layers. Damage caused by use beyond the agreed operating specification is excluded. Normal machinery and forklift traffic within the agreed specification is not automatically excluded.
